Gold Ore Cyanide Leaching

Gold ore cyanide leaching process includes several approaches, i.e. heap cyanide leaching, CCD (counter-current decantation), CIP (carbon in pulp), RIP (resin in pulp) and CIL (Carbon in leaching).

Heap cyanide leaching is applied for low grade (grading 0.55- 3%) gold ore, ore powder, beneficiation tailing and leaching residue. It suits for large handling amount and various gold material of different grade.

The process CIP/CIL/RIP, originated from CCD, are the mainstream methods, with leaching rate of 98% for easy-leaching gold ore. Selection among CCD, CIP, CIL or RIP is made on the basis of gold ore property and leaching test.

Metalcess provides comprehensive service for gold ore extraction from lab research, semi-industrial test, process design and construction.
