Metalcess is an engineering company driven by metallurgical technology, with a built-up team with major members about 20 years working experience in metallurgy field. The initiator, Galis Guo, started his career working in one of the top metallurgical research institute (Changsha Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy) and later in a globally well-known metal recycling company, before the establishment of Metalcess. The Metalcess Team now has 3 senior metallurgical process engineers, 10 plus professional design engineers (for mechanical, hydraulics & pneumatics, kiln & thermal equipment, piping & heating & ventilation, electrical & automation) and a technician team for the fabrication/assembly of the non-standard metallurgical equipment & after-sales machine commissioning.

Metalcess works with our client for the whole metal lifecycle from raw ore extraction to metal recycling!We focus on copper/lead/zinc smelting project and its byproduct recovery.We are specialized in byproduct recovery such as copper and lead anode slime recovery, lead fire-refining dross recovery/zinc leaching residue treatment, and secondary metal recycling such as copper scrap recycling/WEEE recycling/zinc EAF dust recycling /soldering tin purification. Metalcess supplies major equipment such as oxygen-rich blast furnace, side blown converting furnace, tiltable rotating furnace, anode furnace, tilting reveberatory furnace, 6-moulds and above wheel-type anode casting machine, copper/lead/zinc electrolysis equipment, copper/anode preparation machine, copper/zinc cathode stripping machine, etc.
