Tiltable Rotating Converter (TRC) is new type rotary tilting furnace adapted from TBRC for copper smelting. Its working principle is exactly the same as TBRC by keeping 360-degree rotation during melting, refining and casting. The furnace is also tiltable during casting and dross discharging.

The TRC furnace uses simplified refining lancer system, combustion system and driving mechanism but maintains all the necessary functions of TBRC, suitable for mini-scale recovery project for High ROI. It can treat copper scrap/ WEEE/PCB / gold-silver refining ashes/ anode slime containing precious metals.

The furnace mainly consists of furnace structure (furnace body, supporting frame, rotating driving device, tilting driving device), refractories, heating and combustion and refining system.

Characteristics

(1) The rotating movement takes PCB/IC into the molten for complete smelting, to reduce slag amount and capture the precious metal, reducing precious metal loss in off-gas treatment for higher recovery.

(2) Delicate and compact design, smelting & converting& refining is performed in one furnace. It is flexible to small capacity, extremely advantageous for small scale production.

(3) Furnace door equipped with burner and refining lancer, enclosed furnace with very less escaping smoke, better working environment.
