TBRC is an advanced smelting equipment for treating anode slime, WEEE, non-ferrous metal smelting slag and setting slurry to recover gold, silver and other precious metal. It can also treat copper concentrate and secondary material like scrap copper, scrape lead, lead slag, lead dust, etc.
The furnace is characterized by short process, high comprehensive recovery rate, high adaptability to raw material, thorough chemical reaction and combining oxidation and reduction in one furnace. It provides environmental-friendly solution with good performance in energy conservation and emission reduction, circular economy and renewable sources.
TBRC makes innovation in driving mechanism that integrates electrics/hydraulics, self-lubrication system as well as remote control on the principal computer. The furnace is designed with bottom-hydraulic rotating and edge transmission titling. Customized smelting process, flue gas treatment, supply scope and engineering service can be provided for special requirement.
TBRC consists of furnace body, tilting and holding mechanism with two tilting wheels and four wheel brackets, bottom hydraulic drive.
Characteristics
1. Oxidation and reduction are performed in one furnace, greatly reducing the smelting period and minimizing smelting cost.
2. The low speed high torque hydraulic driving unit is connected to furnace body by crown-toothed coupling. During smelting, the furnace body rotate around inclined axis, which improves the heating distribution and intensifies the reaction, getting a better recovery rate.
