Description

It is a machine specially used for the stripping of electro-refined copper cathode. The whole system consists of copper cathodes washing unit, stripping unit, conveying unit, stacking unit, cathode packing, and S.S. cathodes washing unit, edge strip tightening unit and conveyer trolley etc. 

The whole working process of the machine is demonstrated as following. The crane will transfer the cathodes to the receiving station and the stripping machine will proceed a series of performance in sequence including picking-up, washing, transferring, transverse transforming, stripping, sampling (optional), stacking, packing, conveying, disqualified cathode discriminating, flattening, arraying, etc. A cathode circulating cycle is ended with the crane bringing the flattened S.S. cathodes to the electrolytic cell (starting a new cycle).
