Polymer Concrete Electrolytic Cell is made up of internal and external FRP seal layers with the polymer concrete in between. The polymer concrete consists of silica sand, FRP reinforcing ribs and vinyl ester resin, using vinyl ester resin as the binder.

Compared with FRP cell which is formed by single mold setting, the polymer concrete cell is formed by isostatic pressing both from internal and external molds, therefore, the polymer concrete cell has better precision in dimension (bath dimension error≤ 3mm, diagonal error≤ 5mm, perpendicularity error≤ 5mm), allowing high precision positioning for automatic equipment for large capacity production.
