The reactor is high resistant to high temperature, strong acidity and long-term wearing. It consists of several chambers partitioned by corrosion-resistant bricks. The reactor works in high temperate (approx.150℃) and high acidity environment and the working media is high concentration ore pulp. The reactor can even resist to working media with high F/Cl content.
Description
The reactor body is constructed with the delicate structure including carbon steel shell, lead-lined layer and corrosion-resistance brick. Lead is welded to the polished steel shell interior.
Several layers of corrosion-resistance brick are further lined to the lead layer. Between the brick layers and lead layer are the bonding agent. In this arrangement, the lead linear and corrosion resistant brick work like shield to high corrosive and high acid working media and to ensure long service lifetime. Besides, the linear is repairable and regular maintenance can be performed to the worn area.
