Description

Permanent lead alloy anode is widely used in Copper, Zinc, Nickel, Cobalt and Manganese electro-winning industry as permanent anode for its inert property, long service lifetime and low production and maintenance cost.

Metalcess applies super-large deformation processing machine to get fine rolled lead alloy plate, which has uniform and compact streamlined crystal structure. It has better performance in anti-corrosion and mechanical performance stability. While making the lead alloy, the content of minor element and its even distribution are firmly controlled for consistent quality. The copper conducting bar is tin-plated and then cladded with lead to resist corrosion of acid mist.

Facing the increasingly higher requirement of higher EW electricity density, better corrosion resistance and longer service lifetime, Metalcess offers solution by adjusting the lead alloy composition and manufacturing process for future development.
